I'm pretty sure pressure allows skin to enter above the bar to make contact with the blade more but it does NOT change the exposure of the razor. Just my thoughts.....

I like the handle but think it needs a bit more girth. Love the design though!

Yes, geometry is stable.
No, having several gliding planes.

A structure with one plane, imposes a preset angle. (Henson, Wolfmann, etc.)
A structure with several planes tangent different curved sections, offers more modes of use depending on the preferred technique:

• Mild, riding the cap
  
• Aggreesive, riding the bar
  
• A. Plus, bar with pressure

You said nothing about angle which still doesn't move the exposure out at all when there is neutral to negative exposure, but you stated more pressure which also does not change the exposure. No worries, I'll move on......

In the picture, I drew two lines.
The blade is fixed, but compared to the lines has different distance. (exposure)
That happens on the skin, which follows the lines depending on how you use the razor.

This is why, with the same razor, there are so many different experiences to read.
Normally, it is the user who makes the difference.

I  understand what you are saying but don't see how you can even shave at the angle you are suggesting by the red line. The material right of the blue would not just disappear and allow that angle as I view it but maybe I'm missing something.
