apshaveco has the new Mühle STF 37% Plant Fiber knots and a Dense++ version with 20% more density. It seems a complete brush with the Dense++ knot is only $6 more. $79 vs. $85. Here is the info from the email:

This 37% Plant Based Fiber has more softness and less backbone than the original STF. It retains more water and is a bit slower to dry. For more backbone with the 37% Plant Based Fiber - try the Dense++ edition (yes that's right, a new version of the STF with 20% more density!)

Now even more sustainable: Say hello to Sorona

In the spirit of sustainability, Mühle are now using a plant-based fibre to mix their premium brush fibres. This eco-efficient fibre consists of 37% renewable, plant-based raw materials and impresses with its durability, flexibility, and high volume. At the same time, the production of this revolutionary polymer requires 30% less energy and emits 63% fewer greenhouse gases than the production of conventional synthetic fibres. I'm happy to support Mühle in their effort towards sustainability and I hope that you join me!

I bought a brush from apshave.co using the 37% plant fiber and Dense++ stf knot.
It make me to find how "short" the omega v2.0 is.
I initially felt that the new fibers were a little bit irritating to my face, but after using it a few times, I no longer feel uncomfortable.
The knot can hold more massive foam than my other syntic brushes, I like it.
