andrewjs18, recently I have noticed that when I start up my computer in the morning and sometimes during the day if I have signed out of DFS and then back in later, I get this message.  At first I thought it was my sloppy typing skills but it has happened often enough that I have actually paid attention and know that most of the time that is not the problem.  When I type in my username and password a second time it almost invariably goes through without a problem.  It really is an annoyance rather than something that is preventing me from using the site but I was just wondering what is causing it.  Any help would be appreciated.

Here's something that started recently now too. I've read this post 3 times and yet it still shows as some unread posts in this category. When I click on it, nothing shows highlighted. Still not getting notified of quotes either. Whatever is going on is getting worse.......

Yes, andrewjs18.  It invariably happens when I start up my computer in the morning.  I checked, and the same thing is happening on my iPad so I doubt it is my aged desktop causing the problem.

Also, like Dave in KY I have started to have the problem that he mentions here.  That seems to have started in the last week or so.

(No wonder you took a few days off from the computer. Tongue)

I've noticed this as well but haven't been able to find a way to reliably replicate this issue.

is both your computer and ipad logged in at the same time? does it happen every single time? do you keep the website logged in or do you regularly log off?

Just saw this accidentally because I still don't get notifications for quotes Tongue

can't fix it until the plugin developer is willing to devote time to debugging and fixing what needs to be fixed...and he's the lead developer of the main forum software we currently use..

My computer and iPad are not usually logged in at the same time.  Lately it happens each day when I first turn on the computer (or iPad) and sign in.  I tend to log into and out of the site several times during the day but the problem tends to occur the very first time each morning when I first turn on the computer and log into the site.
