I'm usually not a big fan of Brussel Sprouts but the recipe I followed made me a fan and they will be served once a week.

It's not very heavy and easily maneuverable but still large and not easily stored in a cabinet unless one has extra space.
The specs for my model Vortex 6 are listed on this link but here are the basics.

Dimensions
in: 12.36L x 14.92W x 12.83H   |  cm: 31.4L x 37.9W x 32.6H

Weight
12.08 lbs  |  5.48 kg

Thanks, Max. My problem is lack of storage space.

As far as I'm concerned, Max, properly roasted Brussels sprouts are one of the most delicious vegetables out there.  While I like them steamed, nothing brings out their flavor like roasting. Smile  Inasmuch as regular roasting calls for a bit of oil anyway, I should imagine the air fryer would be perfect for making them.

Basically I cut them in half (so they would cook faster), tossed them in a bowl and mixed them with 3 tbsp of olive oil, kosher salt, pepper, balsamic vinegar and some garlic powder. In the air fryer for about 15-16 minutes at 390F and done. Tonight I'm gonna try out asparagus.

Asparagus, another favorite vegetable for me.  I'll be looking forward to hearing about your results.Happy2
