My tracking is here since the 19th, but the package has not shipped, yet. I guess Mo will ship it eventually today or tomorrow, I am waiting eagerly for my new soaps.
I just can imagine how much of a mess this will be to ship so much stuff out. The most I ever shipped was 100 brushes, for a LE brush for another forum. Yes, packing and shipping took me quite a few days. One has to match the brush/soap with the persons address who ordered it. This is much more difficult than if the product is the same for all people that ordered.

But I thought USPS was picking everything up Monday? And/or yesterday?

Y'all give Mo too much leeway.

I don't think anyone would give another artisan or service so much leeway. Why does Mo struggle so much when other soapmakers don't? I'm sure there are other one man operations that do quite well.

It is Saturday, Jan 25.

Has anyone got a shipment that has been received by the carrier?

Mo said many packages went out Thursday, and most of the rest would go out Friday. My package is UPS rather than USPS, so they might go last.

I have asked Mohammad for an update. I know he is exhausted from working long hours.

Most artisans have a spouse, mother, son or daughter or neighbor that can help with shipping. Mohammad has no help at all. Most artisans ship a few packages a day or perhaps once a week. Mohammad loves epic releases with 10 soaps plus aftershaves at one time. That can generate hundreds of orders to be shipped.

Nothing here yet, still waiting on the package being received by USPS.

I know that many of you have been wondering what the status is on your orders of soaps and other products. Some of you have even reached out to Mohammad and failed to get a reply. Such behavior is not normal for him. I was finally able to reach Mo. Here is what I learned.

For the past several days, Mohammad has had problems with one of his eyes. He is experiencing significant eye pain in that eye. He sent me a selfie of his eye; it is not pretty.
He went to the emergency room, but they told him he needed to see an eye specialist. He has an appointment scheduled for Tuesday. He is unable to drive, so he will get a cab to take him to the post office to ship orders tomorrow, Monday, Jan. 27. I am not certain what he is doing with the UPS orders like mine. Hopefully, UPS will pick up.

Hopefully, we will see movement in the orders over the next few days.

Please keep Mohammad in your thoughts and prayers. This entire situation has been difficult for him.
