A question about shapton 30 k gs and suehiro 20k gokumyo

I have both and they are equally efficient. The 30K does need less laps especially after coming from the 16K. The SG 20K will need more laps. Some razors will do better on one or the other but in general both will give the same superb edge. It's hard to pick a winner but I use the Shapton 30K 95% of the time. If you finish on the SG 20K you can pretty much call it a day. No need to move to a Shapton 30K. If you are still adamant to do so then I would not do more than 1 or 2 strokes on the Shapton 30K.
