Yes, it is an expensive bowl, and I did not take any offence at the question. Actually, it is quite a valid query, as I'm sure many folks would not want to spend that amount for the bowl. I worked pretty hard my whole life, and now that I'm retired, I treat myself from time to time... All thoughts are good with me!

That's a classy response, if you ask me. Congrats on a beautiful bowl for a very well-regarded soap!

Very nice. Although it seems a bit expensive, it looks like it is a quality item. You pay for what you get...and you seem to have been looking for the very best. Enjoy!!!

88 became one of my favorites this year after sustained use for a few weeks. It is a really unique scent. I find it warm and comforting yet mysterious. And the performance is easily top tier for me. I did not buy the bowl, but it looks bold and classy. Would love to get one at some point.

Congratulations, the 88 is one of my favorite soap, I think the bowl is one of the most beautiful, would love to get one but haven't been able to pull the trigger because of the price and the fact that I don't put leave any of my soaps in the counter so it's not practical but one of these days...
