3D printed SE razors

any blade chatter, slantman?

I guess chatter means when the blade vibrates or is not secure. This razor because the head is one piece when the blade is in place correctly it has zero movement. However, because the razor weighs only 17 grams there is a lot of noise while shaving. One other note the head must be flat against the face or zero degrees or you get no contact from the blade. Very easy to get use to.

Yes, I agree. The blade is very secure. The razor is designed to provide quite a bit of feedback. In fact, the edge makes zero contact with the closed-comb guard. Even the corner guards have space between the blade edge corners. As far as the angle, it is the same as your typical GEM MicroMatic.

No worries. I prefer to keep a pleasant atmosphere on this, and all forums. Another YouTuber most of us know well will make an EndGem video in a few days.

Here's another 3d printed GEM SE style safety razor. I designed it with the same blade holding method as the EndGem Speed, but with a low profile head and round handle. I did extend the comb/guard a bit in order to enforce the proper angle. The files are available for download on Thingiverse.
