Prep: Warm Shower-Stirling Bath Soap-Tobacco Leaf
Soap: Proraso White Sensitive-Tub
Razor: Gillette Slim
Blade: Vintage Schick Plus Platinum (Shave #7)
Brush: Plisson #12 Lucite Badger-22mmx56mm
Aftershave: Burberry Brit EdT

WTG-XTG-ATG (adjusted angles for my beard)

Proraso White Tub today. 20 seconds to load the Plisson Badger brush. Easy, thick, slick, lather. Vintage Schick Plus Platinum still in the Gillette Slim. Excellent smooth, close shave. I finished with Burberry Brit EdT.

I started with the new C3 but as is often an issue with the Repeaters, the blade wasn't being held properly. Will take some fiddling. The I2 stepped in and finished the beard, but when it came to the head shave I started to get frustrated getting from DFS to BBS. Enter the $5 V3A clone/SABI handled $.04 Tian Li wielding beast which just destroyed the remaining stubble in one pass laughing all the way. Hmm.[Image: 1c0fdfba19dfef03bdc088a948900fe6.jpg]

Nice smooth comfortable shave today. Bracing for some heavy rain from Harvey as SE Louisiana is on the wet side of the storm. Now go enjoy your day folks

Like the title of that soap . . . how is it - is it a honey of a soap/scent?

In fact it is! Honey with a nice dose of menthol. Not a full on face freezer but more than enough to let you know. Great performance too!

I've been meaning to try out this sample of Lather Brothers Miami Mojito. The lather quality was excellent. It produced a lighter (not as thick as L&L, B&M, etc) slick and creamy lather that built up into a nice cushion. The scent was subtle and didn't strike me as a mojito. Strangely, it translated to me as lemon and basil. More citrus/herb than rum/mint/lime. Still pleasant. For $2 with free shipping and a generous sample size (worth 8-10 shaves) I may try another scent for kicks.

I agree with your assessment of Lather Bros. Good stuff.
