What soap or cream did you enjoy most in 2016? It can be a new soap or an established one. It can be from an artisan or a large scale manufacturer. But, let's make it tough. Try to limit yourself to one specific soap.

I'll go first. Tallow & Steel rainforest was my favorite soap this year. Honorable mention goes to Mike's OC & BP as well as B&M Seville.

First Canadian Shave Co Barbershop Taper Fade, the only tub I finished, came close to finishing a second tub

I would love to name only one but I cannot. However, one that surprised me the most was Saponificio Varesino Manna di Sicilia. It is the best non-tallow soap I ever used and it is in my rotation for sure.

Happy New Year.

Yeah, talk about a Sophie's Choice situation. I can't pick one. I'm curious to hear others' choice.

Aside from my favorite artisans, Haslinger Schafmilch was simply a delight for me to use.

It's simplicity, ease of use, relative low cost and top performance shot it up to my all time favorites.

Happy New Year brothers!

I don't have a specific soap in mind, but I did probably use my B&M soaps the most.

Beaudelaire. When I first smelled it, I said to me wife - "This is what I want to smell like all the time."
