Got on the list too. Actually landed a much higher spot than I anticipated, so now I need to hurry up and figure out what I want.  

I'm confused how the list works, but I'm assuming the higher your number the longer the wait? So it could be months or even longer?

This is a different system from the past, so it is new to me. If anybody knows how this works now, please explain. Thanks guys!

Ah, that's too bad, specially for loyal customers. I understand spreading it around a bit, but customer loyalty is big for me. Oh well!

Totally get it... I do like giving the shot to others though and just go on cruise control until my ticket comes up.

Peter's such a great guy to work with and his product sets a standard- must be hard to try to maintain some level of fairness with such market demand!

Yeah that's how I understand it. The list progressed upwards numerically.

Yeah that's how I understand it. The list progressed upwards numerically.

My understanding is that Peter works 10 at a time and when you get into the top 10 you will be emailed the form for your brush options.

Im spot 15 on the list and received a message from him telling me that I should get the form around the beginning of April to start the process.

Not sure how quick the line moves due to multiple variables, I do know that he stated he won't announce when the list opens up again that people will have to periodically check to see if it opens.

I am glad I have enough WW, lol......

So, if you are 175, boy, you are talking about end of the year or next.  Ouch!  Throwing in there the Handle Bar commitments, etc.

I understand, it is his business and he can run it whichever way he see fits.  Having said that, and as a person that grew up and retired in business, the customers that drop regular coin on your business expect a bit of a special treatment.  I am sorry that some of you may not like the idea, but that's a fact of life and business.

I was able to sign up, but I am wayyyyy down the list, and I am not waiting months for a brush, but that's me.  Someone can have my spot, I have enough of them anyway, and the new system seems to be about been fair, so I will be fair and give up my spot.

Is not a big deal and it is not criticism, just my opinion. Looking at it strictly as a businessman, nothing personal.

I saw that and could only scratch my head. Having said all this and that. Peter is a good guy with a great product. I'm happy that I was able to get what I got, but I'm just not a fan of the new way, specially after all the money I have poured into it.

I'm sure am not the only one that feels this way, but I'm not politically correct, specially with loyalty, so I respectfully submit my thoughts.
