Which would you say is the least aggressive?

Even within each letter there are varieties and aggressiveness but I think you would be happy with most G's or the M which is an adjustable

To go from least to most aggressive, start with N and work backwards.

Not including the A,B and C's this is somewhat true

Bit late to the party but the least aggressive Schick injector razor I've used was a Type L Easy Rider. Most aggressive is a Canadian Type E3. My favorite a Canadian Type G, the Canadian version is more aggressive than it's American counterpart. My beginner's pick and Type M adjustable. Those adjustables even if you don't find a setting you want to shave with they are good for determining if you want to keep shaving with injectors and delve into other models to find that shave sweet spot. Other plus is if you don't overpay they resell quickly and you should have no problem getting out of it what you paid if you don't like the razor.

most aggressive : D
smoothest : F but a bit milder for my taste.
E2, 3 are closer to D than F

I dont see any noticeable shaving difference J through O. (I havent tried H and I yet.)

gone to Carolina in my mind
My favorite injectors are a pair of Eversharp Deluxe Type G razors.  Both of these razors nail the sweet spot for me.

"Eversharp" and "PAL" are two other brand names to keep in mind when looking for vintage injectors.  The relationship between Eversharp and Schick is discussed in the link Freddiep318ti provided in post #5.  PAL is not mentioned at that link (nor in the related Schick Chronology page), but there are good PAL injectors in the wild. I own and enjoy two of them - a PAL Injectomatic and a stainless PAL Adjustable (which looks remarkably like the modern Parker adjustable).

I have recently started searching ebay and other platforms for an E3, and other Es. One thing I am noticing is that a number of these razors will have a blade loaded, that in many cases appears partially or meaningfully corroded. I was wondering if anyone can comment on the risk of underlying corrosion to the razor head, if the blade presents in that condition.

Best to have a blade in it always has been the consensus for the spring well being. I've never had an issue with corrosion of the brass head after removing crusty blades and cleaning the razor after purchase. Happy Hunting !
