Too much slickness is impossible for me. The more slickness, the more comfortable the shave (generally speaking).

Hector, this might sound like an extremely unorthodox question for our hobby, but have you tried loading more soap and using less water to counteract the slickness? Shy

I'm with you on this. Bring on the slickness! I don't want to know the brand anyway because most of the stuff I've got is slick enough, and that's the result of a lot of trying different stuff.

I don't think I've ever had too much slickness, but I will say, sometimes it can make holding the shaving brush quite the challenge when the soap and water start pouring over onto the handle!
