What soap/cream did you use today?

What a treat is First Snow! There are many pine scented soaps and I do like them but this one is Fir and a great fir it is. Like a tree and not a a stamped tree on an elastic cord swinging from a rearview mirror in a Buick Century station wagon.  Add some leather and a kiss of menthol? So good.  It smells like working over the drag trail out of Merlins Canyon into Dry Canyon and onto Stump Flat hunting a Christmas Tree asride my horse Pal.  Mix in some horse and I’d me perfect.  That said, I may be the only one who loves it because B&M continues to mess with Roam, a nod to the scent of a Cayuse’s sphincter and keeps releasing it but has not seen fit to re-release this masterpiece?

I paired the delicate bouquet of Martin de Candre’s Rose with the curious elixir that is Anthony Marmin’s Dragon Oud. The former offers the fragrant charm of roses tinged with a trace of rubber, while the latter smells of syrupy rose essence and reminds me of an old-fashioned cough remedy – a combination that’s rather peculiar, yet unexpectedly harmonious.

Wasn't sure what to make of it first usage but the scent quickly became a favourite and that base!

Barrister & Mann - Waves (Reserve)

I still think Reserve is the best B&M formula, and they made this scent better than what it was cloning.
