Voices (Mammoth) mango rice

Notes: mango, pandan, sticky rice, coconut milk, vetiver, orris, and wood

This is one of the few tropical scents I’d really consider wearing. The coconut is mild and not too sweet, while the mango is bright but not sticky. All the other notes are present and nicely balanced with each other. I could live in a house that smells like this.

My hoard is spiraling out of control. A few months back, I vowed to stop buying once I hit 200 tubs – but that number came and went like a satellite in the night sky. Now I’ve overshot my limit by at least 28 tubs. What to do? Obviously, it’s time to cut back on the acquiring and put my full efforts into consuming. So, I’ve selected 14 tubs, about 750 grams in total, to demolish. My plan: tackle them with my biggest boar brush and load generously, mostly following the Marco method. Each shave should swallow up at least three grams of soap. Most of these soaps are venerable and have seen plenty of action. You’ll recognize them instantly. In spite of their age, they still smell fine and build a workable lather.
