Vintage (c.1905) Williams Rose shaving soap.  Its scent is quite faint, but the lathering qualities and skin care are excellent.

Vintage Field's Buckingham Lavender soap (tallow).

The bowl says Amersham, Buckinghamshire. Made in England. I've searched for this company but can't find any information regarding the likely age of this soap.

The scent has gone, as with so many older soaps, however, the performance is superb. How the majority of English brands have fallen. Sad
