Gem Clog Pruf mk2, gem stainless ptfe blade
Still one of the best milder unknown razors ever made. This iteration came onto market about Christmas time of 1945 and lasted 1 year until it was succeeded by the flying wing with the guiding eye in 1947. Most people don't even know that there are multiple iterations of the Clog Pruf let alone they shave differently.
If anyone who reads this decides they are in the market for one this is how to identify it from the mk1.
The mk1 only came in chrome and the mk2 in what is called gold colored in marketing speak aka unplated brass. The other key difference is the teeth on the guards, the mk1 has less teeth than a mk2 as can be seen in this picture.

Shake Sharp mk1.5, Bic Chrome Platinum
Shake Sharp razors are the only razors I am aware of that uses a DE blade in a single edge configuration without having to snap the blade in half. The come in 3 configurations, the mk1.x and mk2 the difference between the 2 mk1 versions are the cap the mk1.0 has a removable cap and the mk1.5 a hinged cap. The mk2 versions are all metal with a redesigned cap.

Canadian Schick Type E3, with Schick blade (13)
Not the smoothest of razors (even if the blade is new), so I took it slow & easy.
I can't believe there's no photo of it on my computers, because it has a nice brown bakelite case. Gotta sort that out soon.

We could be Heroes, just for one day.
