I don't have any "pure" citrus shaving soaps, but three of my soaps - Woods of Windsor, Penhaligon's Blenheim Bouquet, and Ralph Lauren Safari - have citrus top notes, and all three perform wonderfully.

It doesn’t really smell “cologne like” to me. It smells citrusy (mostly lime to me) with a bit of green added. I love the scent of this soap.

Mike's Orange/Black Pepper/Cedarwood
Mike's Lime
