What's Up With Tryablade.com?

I can say that i have used razorbladesclub.com for many purchases over several years.  Never got anything but authentic blades and pleasure.

They are good but the only thing about them is they don't carry any GEM single edge blades.

I placed an order from Tryablade early January, and then saw some threads on Reddit about them going unreachable and filing refunds through paypal. Bummed, I submitted a request for a refund and got it. Then the blades shipped 1/20/23. I never heard from them, it was a ~$5 order but I'd happily pay it as I received what I purchased. Turns out since then, others havent been as lucky

I was just about to place an order with them.  I'll see how it goes.  I ordered some gillette platinums from razor blades direct and they sent me the wrong platinums.  They show a picture of the one on the left and then send you the ones on the right.

Did you mean the razor blades club or razor blades direct?

Did you want the platinums laser or ink marked (ink are getting hard to find for me).  

I do enjoy these platinums now as much as anything

I ordered from Razor Blades direct. I wanted the ink marked blades and got the laser etched ones. I have always used the first ones so that is what I wanted. Some say they are the same and some say they aren't. I just want the same shave so I don't really want to switch, but it won't be a big deal if the ones I got aren't the same I have other favorites I can switch to.

Also, is there a difference in the old vs new versions of the gillette silver blue? I was on razor blades club and was surprised at the price difference.

edit-just ordered 200 ink marked and 100 in the blue box. We'll see how it goes.
