No pics but I made Caramel Chicken last night and my wife and son gave me thumbs up on it. Essentially it's chicken breasts sautéed in olive oil for about 7 minutes per side. The sauce is soy sauce, brown sugar, rice wine vinegar, garlic cloves (I also added small baby carrots), water, ginger and salt and pepper. You add the chicken back in and saute it for another 25 minutes. Then reduce the sauce for about 5 to 10 minutes. I served it with Basmati rice. I add a pat of butter and some chicken bullion to add some flavor to the rice.

The son asked in the evening that for breakfast of pancakes baked. Hour with small in kitchen before a plate, is ready a breakfast to me and the son. Enjoy your meal!

• 100% arabica coffee grain, ground, boiled.
• Red caviar.
• Pancakes.

Yes they are! I can't agree with you more! I have 2 eggs in my diet coming up this weekend. Crepes sounds like a really good possibility. I thank you for the reminder.

Made more cherry sorbet today and refined the recipe a bit more. How? The first batch used 2 ingredients, a cherry blend out of the frozen food section of the supermarket, and Lt. corn syrup. It was a bit underwhelming flavorwise. So I ordered a bottle of cherry extract. 2 tsps added to the mix goosed it enough to make it pop on the tongue.

The recipe thus far... (There could be another addition of stabilizer to all of the sorbets)

1# of frozen cherry blend (Wymans, a mix of sweet Bing and sour cherries)
3/4 cup of lt corn syrup
2 tsps cherry extract

Using the tamping rod in the Vita-Mix makes the sorbet.

It was in the low to mid-40's yesterday late afternoon...but the sun was out and there was only a light breeze. Good enough weather for me to fire up the Green Egg. While I grilled, the wife sauteed some asparagus and roasted some potatoes
