EJ DE 89 in stainless, I've dropped mine in the sink a couple times and it dented/chipped it pretty good.

Agreed on both counts.  I don't really care for razors with two style of heads on the same razor.  It either lends itself to uneven blade use or you have to keep track of how much you're using each side.

This is a very challenging question! At the moment, I wouldn't change anything about my Weber DLCs, except to have them produced, again. Big Grin

Hi. I agree Chris on the ATT but also on the S2 comb to be smoother,I find it a bit rough & deeper knurling also.
Also the Edwin Jagger in a high polished stainless steel with a DE89 slanted head with deeper lines or knurling on the handle. I think this would be a great shaver.

Fun question. I'll pick two.

Based on the past week's usage of my new Fatip Grande, I'm going to say a Fatip Grande with better Quality Control (without the alignment issues). I love aggressive razors. Wide open adjustables, including a Fatboy with custom gaps and a Futur, R41, shimmed 37c, etc. The Fatip may actually give me the best combination of closeness and smoothness. But only after fiddling with the adjustment, and only on one side. It seems nearly impossible to get this thing perfectly aligned. But because of how much I enjoy the closeness/comfort combination, I can't just dismiss it. Plus it's plated brass. I'm actually considering just wild siding it on purpose and using it as an SE.

My other would actually be a razor accessory, rather than a razor. I get my best face shaves with my Spitfire cap on my R41. But the 3D printing is obviously not ideal. I'd love it if they would make these in metal form.

I rarely use my iKon OSS because the safety bar side is all but useless though the open comb side is excellent. I therefore only use the one side making the advantage of a DE disappear.

Much as I love my Wolfman, I think it should come with a lighter handle as standard. My Wolfman on an ATT Atlas handle is great; I think the razor does better when it's light and nimble.

BTW, I think the blade-aligning pins on ATT razors are a great design. They seem to do a better job of positioning the blade precisely, and I've never had any trouble loading an ATT head.

The Merkur progress I'd get rid of that plastic knob and extend the metal adjustable knob. Also I would make the handle a little more grippier
