Proraso white has been my go to pre-shave for a long time, and it seems to work great for me. Just for the fun of it I decided to take a run at making my own. Finished my 4th trial batch Tuesday and I think I am close to something that works really well. While the Proraso is great for the first pass and then is gone, my DIY lasts through 2 or three passes and my skin feels great after I'm done.
glycerin
avocado oil
olive oil
aloe vera
shea butter
witch hazel
cetearyl alcohol

Mix well

I added a few drops of bay leaf oil for a mild scent
