It's quite subjective (which soap is very best) and differs from one individual to another. I find my Pannacrema Nuavia a notch above Grooming Deptt and then there are few others which are almost at par.

I won't pay 45$ in a hearbeat or two to any single seller on shipping....that price is unheard of.

Long Rifle

Long Rifle is a new addition for me. Aside from the container size which is not ideal, the performance and scent quality are knock outs.

GD is great for performance, but have not liked the scents

I recently mixed Siliski's Santa's Pipe (60%) with Ogallala Bay Rum Vanilla (40%). The blend is slick as greese and smells amazing. Hands down my favorite!

B&M

However, I discovered that I really don't like most of B&M's scents. They're different, unique, and complex, but not very pleasing to my noise. Saville is the only one I like so that soap is solid in my rotation. I just ordered my first CRSW (Select) today so I look forward to trying that soap. I tend to gravitate to the soaps with traditional ingredients over the more exotic stuff.

Currently, these are my favorite "best" products. This is based on performance (slickness, protection and aftershave feel):
1) Castle Forbes Cream
2) Taylor of Old Bond Street Cream
3) Art of Shaving Cream
4) Godrej Cream

Below are my favorite soaps which perform just below the creams, but have much better selection and scents than the creams.
1) Stirling
2) Eleven
3) Whollykaw
4) RazoRock
