I should add that this was an attempt to use the balm, as nothing came out of the pump bottle after several tries. Since I’ve used the balm less than half a dozen times, it’s highly unlikely that it’s all gone. Darron of Wickham Soap Co. will surely have an idea of what might be the problem. This is a great balm, so not being able to use it was a bit of a disappointment. Thankfully the soap has the same wonderful scent, and good post-shave properties, as well.
EDIT: Found a way to bypass the pump mechanism, so all is well again in Tweedland.
