I've come across a few rumours to the effect WCS was bought very recently by a larger corporation and it's all hush hush. They have always been nice folks and any business move deserves best wishes and hope for a future with the earned good will. There is a growing trend of various cliques and individuals playing shell games with facts lately; Polsilvers discontinued, the LOTUS is not an original design and more to pathetic to honor with mention.

Well, if WCS been bought Bob still writes the checks as of a week ago. When did this supposedly happen?

This month. It was posted on another forum and I wont go there; per this forum's policy and a general distaste. In any case it's been sanitized by the MINISTRY OF TRUTH.

If I recall correctly it happened over a year ago at least. That's when they moved to the office space for the store and the warehouse in Maryland. I believe they kept everyone there.

Yes, WCS sent out an e-mail with a group photo of the new owners. I shall keep my opinion to myself. Angel
Secretary Ramsey put his foot into it yesterday . . . in the course of his remarks he said that California “needs water and better society.”  “So does h-ll,” yelled someone in the crowd.

If you're referring to an email from approximately 2 weeks ago, that I believe was a company photo. Not ownership. There was about a dozen folks in the pic.

I, for one, appreciate seeing factual information.  Transparency, as a word, if often bantered around.  What is too often lacking is INTEGRITY.

1. the quality of being honest and having strong moral principles; moral uprightness.

"he is known to be a man of integrity"

synonyms: honesty, probity, rectitude, honor, good character, principle(s), ethics, morals, righteousness, morality, virtue, decency, fairness, scrupulousness, sincerity, truthfulness, trustworthiness

"I never doubted his integrity"

Please do not construe this as me applying this to WCS.  I post it in this thread, as a lack of ethical and fair behavior is all too common in the business world.

See? This is how people get hurt. I don't like looking in the mirror more than I have to " Old life is a shipwreck'-Gen Charles deGaulle. The people who pack our WCS orders pose for a photo and someone reacts like an antebellum Librarian cutting photos of topless African women out of the National Geographic. 'Something happened last year' and the original posts I referenced were sanitized by Big Brother. WCS is on a list of good people I mean, and hope to do business with after winning the lotto or blackmailing a one percenter with incriminating photos. I just hope there are a few still in this when I do.

It looks like Aviv Shamah is the company president now. I googled and saw some places that suggest he’s the owner, but nothing really conclusive.

Aviv seems like a nice guy, and I like the direction WCS has taken. The Charcoal Goods release was cool, and they have some tuxedo synthetic brushes coming out that look nice.

Thankyou. If they're happy and the high level of service continues we don't require scotch tape to mend the rift in the space-time continuum or muzzlerumors from ruminants.
