Curious if you have experience with this shaver. Thoughts on it, any advice on where to get it, what blades to use etc.

Thanks in advance.

Where are you located (States or Canada or ?) Ebay has them cheap frequently. I keep a weck around and a Feather SS for when I get an itch for an open blade shave. The Weck has a guard but the Hair Shaper guard is different and just for "hair shaping" and not shaving. Keep that in mind. I find it smooth and nice without the guard. Hair Shaper blades are available at any local beauty supply chain like Sally's. I have Personna and Fromm but have only used the Personna thus far

Thanks Dave! I am in the US.

Is it as challenging to shave with as I am hearing?

I can't answer that for you as I haven't read the comments of it being a challenge. Have you ever used a straight razor or shavette? What are the comments of it being a challenge complaining about?

Thanks Dave. I have just started to use the Feather SS and DX. I enjoy it quite a bit.

A friend told me the Weck is next level but easier to get cut.

Because it is so cheap, as you say, I think I’ll pick one up to give it a go.

Thanks for the insight, as always, Dave.
