It's okay, just not as warm as the floating steel bowl method by the time you get to the 3rd & 4th pass. I added a few wraps of electrical tape to the cork because I almost pushed it right inside the first time I used it.  Confused

At least now I can use my longer brushes.

Good luck finding one. I found this one at a thrift store, but all the new ones I've seen have deep honeycomb surfaces on both sides. 
Difficult to rinse and dry.

Probably have to resort to Amazon.

I found a silicone workmat (30x40cm) that works like a charm on AMZ (from Weldinger).
