Has anyone tried these.  I'm wondering if they are re-branded Feathers or some other brand.

They are definitely not rebranded Feather or Kai blades because both companies do not rebrand their blades. Dorco has always made AC style blades and recently the Chinese have been coming out with clones too. I had a chance to use the Chinese blades and I would say that it is best to stick with Feather or Kai, even if you had to pay more for them. With AC blades, cheap is not worth the price.

They look remarkably similar to the Kai Captain Standard blades.  They are either rebranded or a very close knockoff.  I believe their VT-1321 razor (recently discontinued) comes with two of these blades.  I've used them, and they are excellent.  They are sharp, smooth, and long-lasting.  I can't guarantee these are the same blades as the VT306B because I've seen the same razor sold under the Kai brand from international sellers (specifically South Africa).  I may have gotten genuine Kai blades with my VT-1321.

Based on previous experience with Chinese knock-off AC blades, they tend to be rough, inconsistent, and unforgiving (mostly due to poorly chamfered ends).  I will probably pickup a pack of the VT306B's and compare them to the blades that were included with my VT-1321.  If they are the same blades, then they are a superb value.

Best price I could find is on a site called barberplugz

At that price point, those blades are either a Chinese knock-off or from some other manufacturer (possibly SE Asia or India). Feather or Kai do not re-brand or license their products. I have seen similar knock-off blades on the Ali Express site (China).
