USPS east coast delays?

I sent a package of feather blades to a gentleman from here last Tuesday, via priority mail to Virginia, and they're still not there.

That happened to me with a shipment from Stirling Soap company once. I'm glad they cared enough to deliver a destroyed empty box.

I got 3 current packages coming and all are delayed by more than 2 days, one is stuck at "City of Industry, california" for some odd reason.

EVERY package gets stuck there that I have ever received.
