Hi,

I placed an order by the Razor Company - your 2 new scents - it will be the first time to experience your products ... With your V5 soap base ...

So many great scents have become exclusives and then when a distributor is out they won’t re order with enough inventory to make it worth a supplier’s time.

I need another tub of it for the fall!

Pasteur's doesn't seem interested in bringing either scents back. I think those are some of my best scents and it would be a shame to have them disappear, so I'm thinking of repurposing them at some point. Likely not until next fall since my Fall release schedule is already full!

Ok, this is crazy, I assume you can still make customs in the explorer series for this.

The Herbalist is a pure, green scent.  Sean did well matching the scent description.

As for the V5 vs V4 base.  I am now noticing that glue like step in lathering is missing from V5.  The base is definitely softer and thirsty but performs more or less the same as V4, it just seems to lather a little differently.

The Scottish Terrier labels will have me forever - our Scottie was an integral part of the family.

Road Trippin’ up next (that is why I’m using my mildest razor so I can shave sooner to try the scent).

Final thoughts I would seriously make a batch of Birth of the Cool for the autumn season.  If Pasteurs doesn’t want it, push it to other resellers here and remove them from the label.  You can’t let a vendor control your product in a market.  Collaborations are collaborations until they aren’t.  If someone doesn’t want to re-stock they should be ok with losing the sole distribution of it in a market.

That is my .02 cents…

Concurred: you only owe them an exclusive until they forego the collaboration.  Hell, change the label and name if you want to be nice.

Bring back Summer Cabin whilst at it   I am in if Birth of the Cool and/or Summer Cabin relaunched.

Love Market Day and Bourbon too.

Hey! In most collabs it's more like a commission and they do not legally own the scent and no agreements are made for such. That said, my relationship with stockists is different as they too are my customers, so I want to be tactful in all communications and interactions. I would like to repurpose those scents for myself but with new names/labels, which I think is the most respectful way to go forward. But that said, my release schedule is already full as I wasn't aware they had no interest in continuing. Please keep in mind that it's difficult to just spontaneously add in releases, there's a lot going on behind the scenes in addition to the other products I sell and I do local markets two days a week now. I appreciate your passion for my scents and I would hate for those releases to just be cancelled-- they will be back and yes they will have scotties on them this time!
