Viking shave soap....
The reviews on this soap are mostly positive, so it isn't underrated in the traditional sense.
For me though, being my no.1 soap over so many other soaps like L&L, Chiseled Face and Stirling which are talked about a lot more, this does make Viking one heck of an underappreciated soap...

I had a hankering for a tallow shave tonight. Pulled out the Jeeves Cherry Blossom. Wow! Post shave is insane!

Never tried Jeeves. Perhaps I should get a tub when I shop again. Glad you enjoyed.

Stirling and Viking, excellent soaps that don't get the cred they deserve, probably because of their low price tag.
Not sure if this has been discussed at length, but I am a HUGE fan of Maggards soaps. Affordable, nice packaging, super slick, and their London Barbershop scent draws you in. The scent may be bested by some soap companies, but the product as a whole stands on its own, and the scent is certainly great IMO, if slightly bested by the big boys in the artisan soap world.
