TSN is no more

For myself I'm sorry that TSN is no longer. One example for me is, I had posted some of my brushes and I would go back to TSN to refresh my memory on what knot I put in a handle. Now I have to reflect on this with a faulty memory (I have always put a note inside the brush box indicating handle and knot but at times I would kind of mix up brushes and boxes up bit). Example what DG knot I put into what handle (B1 in a WW, which Elite handle did I put a B5 into), I lost that reference.

The internet is ephemeral. Here today gone tomorrow. I anticipate at some point the loss of the sum total of human knowledge either accidentally or intentionally. Like the destruction of the library(ies) at Alexandria.

Oh wow. I was wondering why I haven't been able to access it for the past few weeks.

I just noticed that the Bullgoose website is back up. Not sure if that means the crazy suit has been quashed, but hopefully it’s some good news at least

Ha, sorry about that, not sure how that happened… I think it goes to prove my point though… and I’m sure it won’t be the last time 

I'm a plaintiffs' lawyer, but I don't handle ADA cases. It's important to me that people believe in and trust our legal system. Almost everyone I know in my field is disgusted by serial plaintiffs and their lawyers who make money by abusing the legal system to extort money from small businesspeople. They are no different than any other type of scammer. But they also make people fear and distrust the legal system. I hope in their personal lives they have a harsh shave with multiple nicks every day. 

Well and truly despise people abusing the law, the worst are lawyers who should have the greatest interest in maintaining its integrity. One has to ask oneself when filing specious suits: just why the living Hell did one ever choose to attend law school if not to make the world a better place?

A substantial portion of the people I went to law school with were there entirely for the income potential. Making the world a better place was not a concern.
