Trouble changing avatar

Put one up quickly after joining to have something. Now evertime I try to change from blank to an avatar it reposts the original. I am within 100x100 and below file size.....perhaps limit because of being a new member?

post the avatar you're trying to use.

Thank you Sir, This isn't the one I had tried but is the one I'm most recognized elsewhere with if it can be used

I was able to change to that avatar without any issues on a test account.

By the way I grew up and lived in Langhorne,Levittown area first 21 years before moving south. Still have family up that way.
