1. Voskhod - smooth as, well Teflon
2. Personna Lab Blue
3. Astra SP - best value blade, I hated them until I learned how to shave
4. Gillette 7 o'clock Yellow
5. Polsilver

They're quite amazing, and sadly they're also discontinued. I don't mean to shill my own stock but I have them available on my site if you're ever interested.

I agree with Gareth about the 7 O'Clock Blues. They are one of my favorites. I was sad to hear of their demise but, fortunately, I have several tucks in my stash. Smile

I haven't tried another blade quite like those. Have you? If so, what were they?

Not really. Other blades I rate highly are Personna Medical Preps and KAI DE blades.
