Every so often a customer with one will reach out. There can only be maybe a few dozen out there still. I don't think I even have one!

The Ti Blackbird continues to be my favorite razor. Two solid weeks of use and still a surprisingly pleasant shave every time.

It’s up there for me. More blade feel than the new Lupo and my carbon Ti .68 and more efficiency. A very easy going razor to use that delivers great results.

I"m trying to wait for the polished version. I've had to held myself back from just buying the machined version due to all the positive reviews.

I had another flawless shave with the Blackbird Ti. It's definitely one of my favorite razors now. Perfect amount of blade feel for me.Tonights shave was incredibly smooth. I still have to pay attention but you can get it to cruise control once you dial it in. My favorite part about the Fantastic BB ti razor is its outstanding tolerances and quality of shave. You can get a BBS easily in 2 passes. IMO Epic razor.

I was trying to wait for Shane to release an OC plate, along with a 101mm handle, but I succumbed, a few days ago, as I couldn't wait any longer. I guess I can only hope Shane will eventually release those two items to compliment the SB Ti, some time, in the future. Smile

Good move ... like Yogi Berra said (google him) "Predictions is hard, especially the future."

I've been holding off on buying a Ti BB even though I want one. A combination of wanting the polished version, and asking myself if I really need another expensive razor when I already have so many ... including 2 blackbirds ....  Rolleyes

Obviously, anyone's individual experience could be different, but Shane himself does not believe there is any "drag" difference between machined and polished. I myself have not noticed any drag on the machined Ti (or SS for that matter) Blackbird either, but have not tried the polished, to be fair. There is a cosmetic difference, of course, if that is important.
