Yeah, I have the same issue with the Timeless Titanium razor.... I really want to purchase it, but not in that finish! Don't get me wrong, I had no problem buying the Rockwell 6s which has a similar look in finish, however, when I'm spending $200 or more on a razor, I consider that a premium razor... And for me personally, I have higher expectations for premium products (obviously due to the cost) so I want them to meet most of my personal guidelines (and that includes the appearance of the razor and to some extent even the packaging but certainly to a much lesser extent).

Now don't get me wrong, I love Timeless and greatly appreciate their products... my Timeless .68 OC and Bronze razor are two of my favorite razors... And I appreciate their effort to make a Titanium razor that is more affordable (it's obviously still expensive but it's more affordable than some other Titanium razors)... I just wish they offered the option to have a more polished look to match their current Titanium razor offered.

If I had the tools and experience I'd purchase it and then just polish it myself. I saw someone else did that in another forum and his turned out pretty well. He said it took about 1.5 hours. I'll try to attach photos for you guys to see... It's quite a difference between the two and imo looks a lot better after the guy polished it.

Yeah, I thought that was pretty impressive too! I just wonder how much experience he has/how difficult it is? I would imagine you'd have to be careful not to take off too much, I don't know if that could alter tolerances? If I recall, in the thread, the guy says it shaves even better now than it did before, as there's no drag/resistance and it's more smooth. If Timeless offered a finish like this in Titanium, I'd buy one right away!

I thought about buying one and sending it out. Polishing removes metal, lots of it, if you don't know what you're doing, I don't! This is why I hope Timeless will do it themselves or send it out and can verify the work.

That polished titanium timeless is a beauty, I’m kinda in the market for another razor and if a polished titanium Timeless was available I’d already bought it...

That's exactly my thought. Sure I could send it out for polishing, but who's to say how it will shave, as that person doesn't know the nuances of this particular razor. I'd rather Timeless just offer it for an additional fee. Hopefully that's something they will consider... I'd pay extra for it (as long as it didn't increase the price excessively).

I shot Matt @ Razor Emporium an email to see how much he will charge. I’ll let you know. It would be nice if Timeless would do it.

Same here! I want one too... But I prefer to have Timeless polish it to meet their specifications. Hopefully Timeless will consider this option!! If anyone finds out any info. from Timeless I'd love to hear about it!
Thanks...
