This is my ring that’s been sized up from size 8 to 11 as you can imagine some gold is needed to add up and sizing this ring without a “exact mould” is risky business to do luckily I knew someone who was authorized making these rings for Tiffany Co in early 90’s they were able to do it for me it wasn’t cheap but something I truly like and wanted to wear and keep..

As you can see on photos when it was sized up there was blank that was flat no Roman Numerals were extended as it wasn’t posible!!

Knowing some high end watchmakers in Swizerland they were able to do so for me and refer me to some pros who can pull this job to make it possible but after 2 yrs of search here it is finnaly.

This was risk taker one mistake on 18k gold ring is scrap but that’s somethig I take on my behalf knowing what might happen and not to blame the person who is trying to make it possible for me.

Next will be gently polish and use my expensive Muslin wheel that I use for solid Gold!!

This is executed to perfection no question and wasn’t cheap neither FYI.

Hope you like it Happy2

Wow, what a stunning ring! It's great that you could preserve the original design, even extending the Roman Numerals. I can imagine how nerve-wracking it must have been to size it up without an exact mold, but it sounds like you found the right person for the job.

BTW, check out https://www.aurorapromise.com/pages/mood...r-meanings. They have an exciting mood ring color chart that shows what each color means in terms of emotions and moods.

Do the Roman numerals signify anything, like a date?
I can't think of a legit number that has 2 "V"s in a row.

Nothing specific as I needed to fill in the gap where
Tiffany ring was extended and I was going to match the way it came in as it’s original look…that’s all Smile
