The NEW Black Mamba

Does anyone know how the Black Mamba might compare in efficiency and aggressiveness to the MJ-90?

Only Joe know and he's not telling.

Has anyone heard any further updates on the release date?

When I heard the release date was the first week of August I knew that wouldn't happen. We'll be lucky if it's not October. I once waited over 6 months for Tuscan Oud to be back in stock. The wait for the Wunderbar was agonizingly long and drawn out.

Does anyone know how the Black Mamba might compare in efficiency and aggressiveness to the MJ-90?

The Black Mamba is much more efficient for me, Zac. I'd probably put it on plate 4 on a Rockwell for the lack of a better comparison.

However the new MJ-90 plate which is supposed to be more aggressive has yet to arrive on my doorstep.

The wunderbar has been in stock at least twice in the last few months(and not for 15 minutes). The last time it was in stock I kept looking hoping it would sell out so I wouldn't spend money on it and it was in stock for a few days.

And I'm sure that after the first round or two of SS Mambas come out it will stay in stock for awhile too.

More pics posted on Twitter and Instagram. The finished product looks really nice. At $49.99, you can't beat the value. The original shaved great but was very heavy. With the slim base plate this one might hit the sweet spot.

I saw the pics on Instagram yesterday and it looks very nice - ETA? Soon Joe also posted re the Ti Baby Smooth - it was available for a while but I decided to pass and wait for the Mamba and I notice that its sold out this morning.

That's just the place holder. I think when the Mamba does go in stock, there will be plenty to go around. Joe was planning an initial release of 1200.

Sorry, to clarify, it was the Titanium Baby Smooth that was in stock yesterday and sold out this morning, however, as of 41 minutes ago, Joe posted on Twitter that the Ti Baby Smooth is back in stock. For now. The Mamba was not in stock but hopefully will be soon.
