Hello, can you help me, I am looking for or I would like to know which are the best shaving soaps for skin care, in terms of ingredients, I see that there are many very good ones such as ethos, wholly kaw, grooming dept, but I I would like to know if there is any better or at least the same in terms of properties.

In seriousness, since no one else is replying, any of the below would be a good option:

Declaration Grooming
Grooming Department
Barrister & Mann
Wholly Kaw
Mitchell's Wool Fat
Captain's Choice
Haslinger
Martin de Candre
Saponificio Varesino
Spearhead
Zingari Man

These are the top of mind soaps made by artisans. Mass produced are even more numerous.

As a recovering soap-a-holic, I'll tell you what works for me after 15+ years trying the new, best, most expensive option on the market:

Speick Active Cream

Performs 95% as well as any of them, smells great, is very gentle to the skin, and is very affordable. I know you are asking about soap, but I thought I'd save you hundreds of dollars and many years of frustration, binning products, and general malarkey.

Samples are a good way to try soaps with a minimal cost.

ETHOS by far works best for ultra sensative and damaged skin. The new Tibu Sabuni is of particular note

I think its a real testament to the quality of some standby mass producers such as Speick / MWF that they get listed in the same sentence as B&M Omnibus. I fully agree with this.

This is such a great time to be a wetshaver.

I’ve tried lots of them…the best soap with the skin care ingredients and properties you want is unquestionably Ethos…Couple that with its absolutely incredible performance on all dimensions…And you’ve got the perfect soap for you..

I'll jump in, as I have rosacea. Many are great. My all-time favorite, feels great, will ALWAYS be in the soap drawer, and smells great, too, is Sensitive Skin by Mystic Water Soaps. Michelle has been making this for years now, and it is the soap I judge all others against. Some may be slicker, some may lather faster, but none leave my skin as wonderful as Sensitive Skin.
