Thank You Notes From Vendors

I hand write "Thank you for your order!" with each of my orders.  Granted it's not always legible, but it is quite sincere.   Some nights it's time-consuming, but it's time well spent. A few customers have sent feedback that they appreciated the note.   It's always nice to get those emails.

And since you're here I don't need to email you to say thank you for the note with my order that just came in yesterday :

I too always write a short "thank you" on each order invoice. Some are longer than others depending on how fast I need to wrap the order up before the postman arrives, but I'm definitely a firm believer in adding a personal touch and not a single order leaves my shop without one.

Now I just need to step up my game and use a fountain pen....

I received a note with with my recent Soap Commander, order. Very nice touch to great customer service.

I am always jealous when I see notes from other vendors, I can't write if my life depended on it! All I can do is scribble barely legible "Thank you"

I do appreciate the notes though, it's a nice personal touch.

I have gotten hand written notes from Soap commander, Reef Point soaps and and an excellently cool business card Cold River Soaps!  Maggard always thanks me by e-mail and on the packing slip.  My wife smiles every time !  I'm just happy my orders have never been screwed up, my name is spelled correctly, and getting the extra swag!  (Sample are always a great touch, thanks Commander!)
