I am so intrigued by the scent description of T&S Dark.  Right up until I see peppermint.  While it is the last scent listed, lavender is the last scent listed for Classic but when you open the tub, that lavender whacks you in the face.  It's not a complaint, I love lavender.  I don't love peppermint so much.

Just how strong is the peppermint smell with the soap?  Coffee, chocolate and a very light hint of peppermint should be fine in my book.  Peppermint with the other scents lesser noted and I won't even lather it up.

The peppermint is noticeable but not very strong--just enough to give a mild cooling sensation. It works surprisingly well with the other scents. It is my second favorite T+S behind rainforest.

I have nothing to offer on the scent of T&S Dark, but I'm with you on the peppermint. It's fine for chewing gum or candy canes, but not in my shaving soap please.

It's a great cold weather scent. So, it may be going out of season but I think you will enjoy it nonetheless!

I'm in FL now (not Chicago any more) so cold weather scents need to work in the 60s.

I get mostly coffee and peppermint with T&S Dark, it is a nice scent but I find I prefer their Rainforest scent over any other scent they offer.
