Honda or Subaru out of your line up. Kia is now owned by Hyundai and has a great quality rep but the Kia just felt rough and boxy. Not too familiar with the Toyota you mentioned but Toyota has had it's share of quality issues over the past couple years knocking it down the line up in regards to reliability and lack of issues.

It depends on if you need reliable AWD.  The Corolla Cross is both FWD or AWD.  I rented one, AWD and it did well for me.

Never drove an HRV, but does seem harder to see out of.

Mazda CX-30 would also be on my list (cx-3 was discontinued).

If I needed good AWD it would be either the VW Taos or Subaru Crosstrek.

Good luck, if you can be patient, the market is chancing for semiconductor chips, the automotive mfg is almost all caught up, and inventories look to be high by the fall.
