You're making us envious! Love the Tech, and that is a cool shot with the blade in the log!

Can you eat some s'mores for me?!

Razor: WSC Winning
Brush: Prometheus - “Experimental Tortoise” w/ 26mm Viking Odin’s Gelly Beard V6
Soap: Southern Witchcrafts - “Fougere Nemeta”
Aftershave: Southern Witchcrafts - “Fougere Nemeta”
Blade: Astra SP

First use with the Prometheus handle and Gelly Beard knot. This knot is specially treated to have ultra soft, dense, hooked, gell tips. And it most certainly does. It's a big departure from the 2-band badger knots I typically buy. This would probably be the most awesome badger for "people who don't like badger" (if that makes any sense). It felt very soft on the face and was a solid purchase from a great Vendor. Viking

Friends,

A few months ago I made and donated 3 wood shaving brushes to the Anacortes WA Cancer Walk Charity.

Each brush features a 26mm Synbad knot. Each one also comes with a new tub of B&M Seville and a high quality bowl.

The online auction ends soon and currently the bid is low…

All money goes to a great cause which you can read about on the website

Pics on the auction website are not great… so here are few better ones:

Razor: Ikon Tech w/ TiBam Handle
Brush: Elite Razor w/ 26mm Manchurian White Knot
Soap: CBL SMC sample
Aftershave: Lucky Tiger
Blade: Personna Super

A late night shave here in the PNW after a very full day.

Clocked in 10 hours onsite at the Refinery, then drive back to town for Piano and Swimming lessons for the kids. For dinner we grilled up some bbq chops. Then went out to the yard and filled up the truck with branches and other crazy yard debris that grows like I live in a rain forest... oh wait, I do live in a rain forest. Ended the day with a late night shower and shave!

The Elite Hybrid Brush is a new acquisition. It’s a looker for sure. I will need to use the knot more as it feels like it needs to be broken in more.

The soap was a sample Mr.Doug sent me. Thanks man, but sadly this one burned my skin…. So I’ll send it along to someone else to try.

The bronze TiBam handle came from Eric and although short, was well balanced, heavy and will be a great addition to the Den! Thanks again for the trade Eric!

Well, that 5 AM alarm will come quick… thank you and goodnight!

Yikes, sorry the SMC didn't work out for you Paul.

I feel ya on the full day. Taxicab is just another of the wonderful parental responsibilities. Lol. I'm so glad my eldest will finally be getting her license (well, we hope). She clocks like 12 hours of ballet lessons a week. She can start to drive herself now.

I hope the shave provided some happy 'down time' for you and some nice relaxation.
