Spent a lot of time in the shop today...

“Dark Side of the Moon” got some polishing and a Silk Smoke Knot (for picture purposes only). The Timberwolf knot has been ordered.

I’ll try to find time to actually shave after I get the kiddos to bed.

Razor: Timeless 95
Brush: Elite 30mm
Soap: LEA
Aftershave: Antica Barbieria Colla - Apricot Hull
Cologne: GFT Sandalwood
Blade: Wizamet

The LEA soap and samples arrived so I was anxious to try them this morning. The soap is made in Spain, Triple Milled and has a nice, light sandalwood scent. There is also a tiny bit of menthol. Lathering it reminded me of Mitchell's Wool Fat, except this lathered up much quicker/easier. The lather was a bit foamy, but it was slick enough with good post shave feel. I'll likely grate it and hit it with a synthetic knot to see if I can get a thicker lather.

The Antica Barbieria Colla smells like generic hand lotion. Glad I just tried a sample! The GFT Sandalwood has a nice sweet, sandalwood scent. I may need to get a full size bottle of that one in the near future.

The handles look great! I like the Silk Smoke knot in the DSotM handle as well.
