And btw we asked you to wait for official answer from Russian Post. You got enough evidence that we worked with them, that parcel shipped and tracking number were given.  But you desided not to wait even that we didn't han any control over this people from post.

As a vendor on ebay the responsibility is on you 100%. If the package does not arrive by the specified date and you can't provide a guarantee of delivery or identify where the merchandise is located, than that is unfortunately too bad for you.

PS - I would not consider $300-$400 USD for 3 handles as "this small amount of money".

You can call me a skeptic, but I have very little faith in anything coming out of countries like Russia and China which are both rampant with corruption at all levels, even the postal service.

Thank goodness for the buyer protection from ebay and PayPal.

Which is why, as a seller on eBay, I ask the buyer to pay for insurance on any item over $100. Otherwise, if it never arrives I eat the cost of the item. It's up to the SELLER to make sure that the item is insured.

Btw it was not ebay. It was our online store. I am sure it will artive, but obviously with terrible delay. Let's wait and see.
I would expect buyer not to accept this package, since refund and apologies was given.

I have no reason to lie. The facts are exactly as I stated them. You, on the other hand, have a very strong financial incentive to be dishonest here.

$300-400 is NOT a small amount of money. $100 is NOT a small amount of money.

As stated, it is 100% the responsibility of the seller. Doesn't matter if it is eBay or another store program using PayPal as payment. The only legally binding form of shipment is by registered mail, where a specific person, or persons in the case of a multi-occupant home, signs for the package. Insurance means nothing. Delivery confirmation means nothing. The only way either party can be guaranteed shipment was made by the seller and arrived safely to the actual buyer is by registered mail. Delivery confirmation and insurance only implies it was dumped on the porch or in a box. It does not explicitly imply the buyer took it by hand.

Ya I'm guessing with all the issues he's had, given the runaround taking place, the rampant corruption(verified corruption, mind you) in the Russian Post, there might be some "miscommunication" should the package ever get there. Chalk it up to a loss, since for you guys it was a "small amount of money".
