I got it on Ebay a while ago kind of an awkward design : two tubes sandwiched together by the handle.
A friend of mine said it looks like a star wars character.

When I used it for the first time, the GEM blade got inside the blade stops, yielding a lot of blade exposure and gap.
It felt mild until I learned the red way that very little was offered in terms of safety.
I used a GEM spine to mimic a wedge blade angle and also set the edge a bit further to the back.

After some further fiddling I managed to find a sweet spot.

Not the world greatest shave, but no harm nor bloodshed, and the wife gave an overall approval.

There are no year markings on this razor, and I didn't find much about it, so any info on it would be appreciated.

I have never seen one of those before, but that is a bad ass looking razor. I like it. Alot.
