Here the Special Gift from my Fav Watchmaker JLC
Honey from the Vallée de Joux  Happy2

The Grande Maison has decided to start its own production. Concerned about producing the best quality honey possible and with respecting biodiversity, Jaeger-LeCoultre called upon Franck Crozet, a professional bee keeper in the region, to install and take care of the ten hives set up in front of the Manufacture.

The aim of this initiative is to make visitors from all over the world, as well as the 1,200 employees, aware of Jaeger-LeCoultre's commitment to preserving the environment. Bees play a key role in nature – by transporting pollen from flowers that they visit, they contribute to the reproduction of plant species. Today, they are a threatened species and this is a good opportunity for the Manufacture to give them a helping hand.

Tastes really nice it’s different I know honey is honey but it truly have unique Taste..

Here is the photo of where is kept in front of JLC Factory..

Yes, depending on what the bees collected for nectar, honey has unique taste.

Want a "mouthful of bees", or at least that's what I get from the taste, try buckwheat honey. It's very strong flavored. Not bad, just strong with a very assertive and unforgettable taste. It's also very dark in color.
