I haven't stopped making my bi-weekly sourdough bread. My usual 85% hydration with sesame and bagel mix. Fresh from the oven.

Max hands down has the BEST looking bread by far. Ours doesn't look as pretty but tastes GREAT. My wife has made sour dough with the same starter for about 30 years now. Her recipe makes 3 loaves at a time. Used some of the dough last night for a pizza crust........
