Post: CC Venture AS - Nivea Cooling Post-Shave Balm
Result: First shave with the Asylum RX.  It is a beautifully designed and well made razor.  Given the head design, you have to take care when installing the blade.  But hey, it’s a razor blade.  Care is warranted.  The AC blades are so stable, it seems to minimize chatter & irritation.  The razor is well balanced and smooth.  Some have said this particular razor is a little too aggressive, but, to me, it’s a smooth shaver.  Very nice.

soap - a shapeless lump of Tabac, which I used like a stick and face-lathered
post - warm water rinse, DSA “Pure & Natural” alum, cold water rinse
aftershave - Italian Barber GIT

Wonderful results.
I've already bought a new ceramic tub of Tabac for when the lump gets used up. Maybe I'll stuff it into a push-up tube.
