Now for something completely different. Picked up this razor and brush in a wooden box for $13.00. I don't know anything about them, but if I buy it I use it. The handle on the brush is very heavy and I believe it is brass. The knot is floppy and prickly. I believe it is a black badger. I did end up with a good shave.

This morning's shave couldn't get any better. Three passes and BBS, no incident whatsoever. The soap is like being in the middle of a Turkish (or Arab, as you wish) market, surrounded by spices. You can smell the clove, the cinnamon, the roses, the frankincense and the myrrh. Outstanding scent and performance.
